Under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), EUN Partnership aisbl (hereinafter called European Schoolnet) is developing and maintaining – on behalf of the European Commission – a Better Internet for Kids (BIK) core service platform to share resources, services and practices between national providers of the services – the European Safer Internet Centres (SICs) – and to provide services to their users, including industry.
The terms of service below cover the legal terms and conditions relating to the use of the BIK core service platform, of which the Positive Online Content Campaign (POCC) minisite forms a part.
European Schoolnet is based in Brussels, Belgium and, as such, Belgian laws apply to any use of the site.

European Schoolnet and the European Commission are not responsible or in any way liable for the contents of any document, information or materials ("materials") which have been uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by contributors to the website. It is the duty of each content contributor to check the legality of their use of such materials prior to making them available and, in particular, to ensure that they do not infringe upon any relevant law including but not limited to copyright, privacy, data protection, criminal, contract, torts or civil liability, statutory obligations or any other law or laws whether at international, European or national level. European Schoolnet and the European Commission reserve all and any rights to proceed against any content contributor which breaches the above provisions and for which European Schoolnet and the European Commission suffer loss or damage as a result.

European Schoolnet collects and formats this data. However, use of this content may be subject to different copyright/terms of use.
